Crunchy Apple Crisp - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. peeled, sliced apples
1/4 c. apple juice
4 tsp. brown sugar substitute or firmly packed brown sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. Quaker oats
1/4 c. chopped nuts
2 Tbsp. brown sugar or substitute
2 Tbsp. soft margarine
Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients; toss lightly.
Layer on the bottom of an 8-inch baking dish.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Combine oats, nuts and brown sugar.
Add margarine; mix well until crumbly.
Sprinkle over apples.
Bake about 30 minutes or until apples are tender and topping is browned.
Serve warm or chilled.
