Beef Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. roast
    salt and pepper or meat tenderizer
    1 onion, sliced (more, if desired)
Preparation
    Rub salt and pepper or tenderizer on roast, put in baking bag and place onion on meat.
    Wrap in foil.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 2 1/2 hours.
    Turn roast over being careful not to loose juice.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 until done.
