Orange Congealed Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large box orange gelatin
1 large can crushed pineapple
2 c. buttermilk
1 c. chopped pecans
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
Preparation

Heat pineapple and gelatin over medium heat until gelatin is dissolved completely.
Then cool and add buttermilk and nuts; stir well.
Refrigerate and when it begins to thicken, add Cool Whip. Fold in gently and refrigerate until ready to serve.
