Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/3 c. evaporated milk
    1 whole stick butter or margarine
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans or coconut
Preparation
    Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together.
    Add evaporated milk and butter or margarine.
    Cook on Medium-high for 3 1/2 minutes. Mix in vanilla and nuts or coconut.
    Pour in a small square buttered pan.
    Place in refrigerator.
    Makes about 1 pound.
    (Keep in refrigerator.)
