Fried Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pt. select oysters
    2 eggs
    salt and pepper to taste
    cracker meal
Preparation
    Take large oysters from their own liquid.
    Dry with towel. Beat eggs lightly and season to taste.
    The amount of salt is determined by oysters.
    Dip in the egg and roll in cracker meal. Dip in the egg and roll in cracker meal the second time.
    Pat into shape.
    Fry in deep boiling fat until brown.
    Serve hot.
