Sauce Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 pork chops (1/2 to 3/4-inch thick)
1 Tbsp. shortening
salt and pepper
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation

Brown pork chops in skillet in hot shortening; season with salt and pepper.
Top with onion slices.
Combine soup, ketchup and Worcestershire sauce and pour over chops.
Cover and simmer for 40 to 60 minutes.
Remove chops and place on warm platter. Spoon sauce over chops.
