Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. vegetable oil
    2 beaten eggs
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil and eggs.
    Sift in flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Add grated carrots and nuts.
    Carrots may be grated in blender.
    Pour in floured, ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3-inches. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done; cool.
    May be frozen.
    Makes 1 loaf.
