Italian Shells Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. medium macaroni shells
2 lb. ground chuck
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 qt. marinara sauce
1 pt. sour cream
16 oz. shredded Provolone cheese
16 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cook shells until al dente.
Rinse and drain.
Brown ground chuck.
Add salt and pepper.
Stir in marinara sauce.
Simmer 20 minutes.
Line bottom of lasagna pan with half of shells.
Spread half of sour cream over shells.
Sprinkle half of each cheese over this.
Repeat second layer.
Cover pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Uncover and bake until cheese is melted and lightly browned.
