Ground Meat Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 c. frozen mixed vegetables
    1 1/2 c. pasta (rotini)
    1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    1 can cream-style corn
    salt and pepper to taste or 1 Tbsp. Tony's lite
Preparation
    In a small amount of oil (canola), cook meat, but not brown. Add next 3 ingredients. Saute 2 to 3 minutes, just to wilt. Add onion soup and 1 quart water. Simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add mixed vegetables and 1 quart water. Bring to a boil. Add pasta. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and corn.
    Cover and simmer 15 to 20 minutes. Adjust seasoning. Add water, if thinner soup is preferred.
