Blueberry Cheesecake Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cornstarch
1 c. sugar
1 c. water
6 c. berries
13 1/2 oz. graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 sticks melted butter
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix cornstarch, sugar, water and berries and cook over low heat until thick.
Let cool.
Combine cracker crumbs and butter; set aside.
Mix together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Spread in pan as follows: 3/4 crumb mixture, 1/2 cream cheese, berry mixture and 1/2 cream cheese.
Top with remaining crumb mixture.
Cool thoroughly before serving.
