Frozen Cole Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage
    1 tsp. salt
    3 ribs chopped celery
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 c. white vinegar
    1/2 c. water
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Chop or shred cabbage; sprinkle with salt.
    Let stand 1 1/2 hours.
    Squeeze liquid out.
    Mix cabbage, celery and pepper.
    Mix vinegar, water, sugar, celery and mustard seed in saucepan.
    Bring to a boil.
    Boil 1 minute.
    Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Place in small containers and freeze.
    Thaw in refrigerator and serve very cold.
