Ingredients

1 lb. pork sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
1/4 tsp. fennel seed, crushed
1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 (2 1/4 oz.) can sliced ripe olives
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown sausage and onion in 12-inch skillet with ovenproof handle.
Drain fat.
Remove sausage and onion from skillet; set aside.
