Roasted Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. quartered, unpeeled small red potatoes
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    4 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    1/2 c. green onion
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. green pepper
Preparation
    Heat oven to 425\u00b0.
    Place cut potatoes on cookie sheet (spray sheet with Pam).
    Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until tender and golden brown, stirring once.
    Mix dressing, bacon, salt and pepper, onions and green pepper.
    Add potatoes and mix well.
    May serve hot or cold.
