Garlic Romano Vinaigrette - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large cloves garlic
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. wine vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dried basil
1 green onion
black pepper
2 Tbsp. Romano cheese
Preparation

Puree all ingredients in food processor.
Just before serving, drizzle dressing over platter of vegetables.
