Jezebel Sauce(Ellie Cummings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    15 or 18 oz. apple preserves
    15 or 18 oz. apricot preserves
    1 (5 oz.) jar drained horseradish
    1/2 small can dry mustard
    1 Tbsp. cracked black pepper
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
    A wire whisk helps to mix them well.
    Do this 3 days ahead of serving.
    Mixture keeps indefinitely in refrigerator.
