No Bake Alaska - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 (7 oz.) bag malted Whoppers, crushed
1 qt. Neopolitan ice cream
1 pt. whipping cream
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
angel food or pound cake, cut into 8 rounds

Preparation

Whip cream, using 2 teaspoons sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla, until it stands in peaks.
Place cake rounds on cookie sheet.
On each piece of cake, place 1 scoop ice cream.
Mound whipped cream over ice cream, covering completely.
Sprinkle crushed Whoppers over tops and sides of each mound.
Freeze until firm.
Serves 8.
