Gold Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    1 c. cornstarch
    1 tsp. Accent
    1/3 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. white vinegar
Preparation
    Combine ingredients to make thick batter.
    Add 3 tablespoons vegetable mix and mix well.
    Cut boned chicken breasts into 1/2-inch wide strips.
    Dip in batter and deep fry at 350\u00b0 for 3 minutes.
    Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
