Boiled Leg Of Boar With Horseradish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 leg of boar, dressed
    cooking oil
    2 onions, sliced
    2 garlic cloves
    marjoram
    1/2 c. parsley, chopped
    salt and pepper
    1 c. white wine
    horseradish sauce
Preparation
    Place the leg of boar in a large pot.
    Brown onions in a skillet in cooking oil and add these along with the garlic, a pinch of marjoram, parsley, wine, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer for 3 hours.
    Serve with horseradish sauce.
