Sukiyaki - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef, thinly sliced
    1/4 tsp. beef fat
    4 long green onions
    1 tofu
    1 whole nappa
    1 pack shiitaki
    4 raw shitake mushrooms
    1 c. soy sauce
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 c. mirin
Preparation
    Add together soy sauce, sugar and mirin to make sauce for later.
