Oatmeal Scotchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. butter, softened
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3 c. quick or old-fashioned oats, uncooked
2 c. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
In small bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
In large bowl, beat butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs and vanilla until creamy.
Gradually beat in flour mixture.
Stir in oats and butterscotch chips.
