Quick Mock Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 can cream of chicken soup plus 1/3 can water
    1 (6 oz.) regular size box of chicken flavored stuffing mix (serves 6)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain and rinse with hot water.
    Prepare stuffing mix according to package instructions.
    Place beef in bottom of 2-quart casserole dish or 9 x 9-inch pan.
    Spoon stuffing over meat.
    Mix soup and water.
    Pour over stuffing. Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
