Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. flour
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2/3 c. water
    2 tsp. soda
    dash of salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 c. pumpkin
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together with mixer.
    Bake in three greased and floured (I use Pam, no flour) coffee cans at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let cool in cans for 10 minutes.
    Turn out on rack to cool completely.
    Return to can; trim top.
    Put on lid for storage or freezing.
