Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 (6 to 6 1/2 oz.) pkg. canned crab meat
2 Tbsp. sherry or other mild wine
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation

Combine mayo, sour cream, parsley, salt and pepper.
Add crab meat.
Add and mix thoroughly the sherry, lemon juice and onion.
