Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fine vanilla wafer crumbs
1 c. sifted confectioner sugar
1 c. chopped walnuts
1/4 c. Baker's cocoa
3 Tbsp. dark corn syrup
6 Tbsp. bourbon whiskey
dash of salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Roll into balls, using about 2 teaspoons of the mixture for each ball.
Store in covered container for several days before serving.
Roll the candies in more sifted confectioners sugar or coconut.
Makes about 50.
