Salmon Party Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 tsp. grated onion
    3 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1 tsp. horseradish
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/2 c. coarsely chopped pecans
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon, removing any skin and bones.
    Combine salmon, cream cheese, lemon juice, salt and liquid smoke; mix well.
    Chill several hours.
    Combine pecans and parsley.
    Shape salmon mixture in a ball.
    Roll in nut mixture; chill well.
    Serve with crackers.
