Cheese Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. butter
1 heaping tsp. flour
1 c. milk
2 or 3 slices cheese
dash of salt
Preparation
-
Melt butter.
Add flour and stir.
Stir in milk over low heat. Add cheese and salt.
Stir until cheese is melted.
If too thick, may add a little more milk.
