Betty Crocker French Ribbon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sifted flour (spoon lightly, don't pack)
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 unbeaten egg yolks
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. cold water
    grated rind of 1 orange (about 1 1/2 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Measure (level measurements) and sift together into a mixing bowl the first 4 ingredients.
    Make a well and add in order the egg yolks, water and orange rind.
    Beat with spoon until smooth.
