Refrigerator Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. sour cream
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Cream margarine and brown sugar; add eggs.
Mix in sour cream and then all the other ingredients.
Pour into greased muffin tins and bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
This mixture keeps well in the refrigerator for several days.
Yields 2 dozen medium size muffins.
