Baked Scallops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
1 c. crushed ritz crackers
1 c. plain bread crumbs
salt
pepper
garlic salt
1/2 pint light cream
Preparation

Melt butter.
Add crackers and bread crumbs; fold in scallops. Put in baking dish and pour cream evenly on top; bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
