Sugar Free Apple Pie(You'Ll Never Miss The Sugar!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 or 5 large apples
    1/3 c. frozen apple juice concentrate (not diluted)
    2 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 unbaked pie shell
    2 pie shells for double crust
Preparation
    Mix peeled and sliced apples with juice, cinnamon and tapioca. Place in pie shell.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce to 350\u00b0 and bake 40 to 50 minutes until tender.
    (Two crusts can be used, too.)
