Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 medium red potatoes
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
16 oz. sour cream
salt and pepper
Preparation

Saute onion in butter.
Add cheese.
After cheese melts, stir in sour cream, salt and pepper.
Boil potatoes with skins on, then skin them and grate at medium holes of grater.
Fold cheese mixture into the grated potatoes.
Put some grated cheese on top. Bake 1 hour at 300\u00b0, uncovered.
