Scallops - Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. tarragon leaves
    1 clove garlic, finely minced
    3 Tbsp. chopped leeks (white part)
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    4 doz. (2 lb.) scallops
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt 3 tablespoons butter or margarine.
    Add next five ingredients and mix.
    Add bread crumbs.
    Arrange 6 scallops in each of 8 sea shells or small individual casseroles.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon crumb mixture.
    Bake in preheated oven at 500\u00b0 for five minutes.
