Manicotti - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef, browned
    32 oz. spaghetti sauce
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    15 oz. Ricotta cheese
    2 eggs
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. manicotti shells
Preparation
    Mix beef, spaghetti sauce, water and salt.
    Heat until bubbly. Mix Ricotta cheese, eggs, pepper and 1 1/2 cups Mozzarella cheese.
    Stuff manicotti shells with mixture.
    If you microwave, these do not have to be cooked beforehand, but if using a regular oven, do cook manicotti shells first according to package directions.
