Nachos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    restaurant-style tortilla chips
    refried beans
    Monterey Jack cheese, sliced
    salsa
    jalapeno pepper slices (if desired)
    sour cream
Preparation
    Place chips on a baking sheet.
    Spread refried beans on each; top with cheese, salsa and pepper slices.
    Broil on low until cheese melts and nachos are lightly browned.
    Top with a little sour cream and serve hot.
