Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. uncooked rhubarb, cut in small pieces
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix sugar, flour, salt and lemon juice.
    Mix in eggs.
    Stir in rhubarb and mix well.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell; dot with butter and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven until done.
