Breakfast Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. coconut
    3 eggs
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
    2 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Mix together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and coconut.
    Add eggs, oil and vanilla.
    Stir in rest of ingredients. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes in greased or paper lined muffin pans.
