3/4 c. (1 1/2 sticks) butter
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (11.5 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Beat the butter, sugars and peanut butter in a large bowl with mixer on medium speed, until light and fluffy.
Blend in eggs and vanilla.
Mix in flour, baking soda and salt.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool 2 minutes, remove from cookie sheets. Makes about 4 dozen.
