Creole Liver(A Family Favorite For 40 Years!) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 slices bacon, diced
1 lb. (1/4-inch) beef liver
3 Tbsp. flour
1/3 c. diced green pepper
1 can stewed tomatoes
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. chili powder
Preparation

Saute bacon in skillet until nearly crisp.
Remove bacon and set aside.
Dredge liver with flour and brown in bacon fat with the diced onions.
Add bacon and all the remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
Serves 4 to 5.
