Caramel Popcorn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. unpopped popcorn kernels or 1 bag plain, unbuttered microwave popcorn
1 c. brown sugar
1 stick margarine
1/4 c. light Karo syrup
1/4 tsp. baking soda
Preparation

Pop popcorn and put in large brown paper bag. Mix brown sugar, margarine and Karo in medium bowl. Cook in microwave on High for 3 minutes. Stir. Cook another 2 minutes on High. Stir in baking soda. Pour mixture over popcorn. Microwave the bag for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes. Shake well and allow to sit 5 minutes before enjoying.
