Meatballs And Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. instant minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    2 eggs
    flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 c. beef bouillon
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Mix first 6 ingredients lightly but thoroughly.
    Shape in 2-inch balls and roll in flour.
    Brown on all sides in margarine. Add 1 1/2 cups bouillon and bay leaf.
    Bring to a boil, cover and simmer 1/2 hour.
    Mix 1/4 cup flour with remaining bouillon until smooth.
    Stir into mixture and cook, stirring gently until thickened.
    Serves 6.
