Low Fat Orange Dream Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 graham cracker, crushed (about 3 Tbsp.)
2/3 cup boiling water
1 pkg. sugar free Jell-o (orange flavor)
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese
2 cups thawed fat free Cool Whip
Preparation

Sprinkle crumbs onto bottom of 8-9 inch pie plate. Spray with cooking spray. Add Jell-o to boiling water, stir until dissolved. Let cool for 5 minutes. Add cottage cheese and cream cheese and mix with blender on medium until well blended. Add Cool Whip stir gently until blended. Pour over crumbs in pie pan and smooth. Refrigerate for 4 hours or until set.
