Monterey Jack Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 can Hormel chili (no beans)
6 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
6 oz. Monterey Jack with peppers
tortilla chips
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and spread in bottom of 8 x 8-inch or 10-inch quiche plate.
Then spoon chili on top of cheese evenly. Grate Monterey cheese evenly over chili and bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes, then use tortilla chips as dippers.
