Baked Mexican Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    flour
    bacon drippings
    2 c. tomatoes
    1 onion, sliced
    1 green pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cut steak into 1/2-inch thickness.
    Pound into meat 1/2 to 1 cup flour.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Place in bacon drippings; fry enough to brown it well on both sides.
    Add tomatoes, onion and green pepper.
    Cover.
    Place in oven and bake at 300\u00b0.
