Custard Filled Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. butter flavored Crisco
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. milk
    1 1/2 Tbsp. white vinegar
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    3/4 c. yellow corn meal
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease an 8-inch square pan with butter flavor Crisco.
    Put greased pan in oven and let it get hot while you mix the batter.
    Melt Crisco; mix with eggs until well blended. Add sugar, salt, milk and vinegar and beat well.
    Mix in flour, cornmeal, baking powder and soda; mix just until the batter is smooth and no lumps appear.
    Pour batter into heated dish.
    Pour cream into center of batter; do not stir.
    Bake for 1 hour or until lightly brown.
