Aunt Oval'S Hot Pepper Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. hot pepper, ground
    3/4 c. sweet pepper
    6 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
    1 bottle Certo
Preparation
    Mix pepper, sugar and vinegar.
    Bring to a rolling boil that can't be stirred down; remove from heat.
    Cool 5 minutes.
    Add Certo; mix and pour into jars.
    Makes about 7 1/2 pints.
