Stuffed Veal Pocket - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 veal breast *
    1 large bunch fresh parsley
    1 medium onion
    2 pkg. chopped frozen spinach
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    3 eggs
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation
    Chop fine, parsley and onion.
    In a large bowl, mix parsley, onion, spinach, bread crumbs, cheese, eggs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
