Fettucine Riccardo - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. butter
1/4 tsp. fresh minced garlic
1/4 tsp. coarsely ground black pepper
3/4 c. diced, raw white chicken meat
3/4 c. diced zucchini, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt, divided
2 c. cooked fettucine
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. dairy sour cream
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Heat butter, garlic and pepper in large skillet; add chicken, zucchini and half the seasoning salt and sear all sides of raw chicken.
Add pasta and remaining seasoning salt.
Add whipping cream and sour cream; blend well.
Cook 4 to 5 minutes to reduce creams to thick sauce.
Add cheese and blend well.
Makes 2 servings.
