Spinach And Bacon Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 slices bacon, cut in small pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    4 c. milk
    10 3/4 oz. chicken broth
    2/3 c. potato flakes
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    9 oz. pkg. frozen chopped spinach
Preparation
    Fry bacon; remove from pan.
    Add onions; saute.
    Sprinkle with flour and nutmeg.
    Stir until smooth.
    Add milk, potato flakes and chicken broth.
    Cook 5 minutes.
    Add bacon, cheese and spinach. Cook until cheese melts.
