Sausage Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. lean hot sausage
1 (8 oz.) pkg. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Bisquick
6 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together thoroughly.
Shape into balls. Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
Yields 50 balls.
