Corn Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. fresh corn (cut from cob)
1/4 c. flour
2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar, salt and corn in a large bowl; stir well. Combine milk and remaining ingredients; stirring well.
Add to corn mixture.
Pour corn mixture into a lightly greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring twice during first 30 minutes.
Makes 6 servings.
